Looking for an extra collar for a second dog or just a backup collar? Our Radial-Shape2 Wireless Collar Replacement Kit comes equipped with everything you need to add an extra collar to your Radial-Shape2 Wireless Pet Fence as well as some replacement parts in the event one of your collars gets damaged.
What is in the Wireless Collar Replacement Kit?
The Radial-Shape2 Wireless Collar Replacement Kit contains an extra average size dog collar that fits neck sizes 14”to 26”, extra batteries, extra battery cap, 25 additional training flags and a replacement nylon strap for an average size collar.
How to name the collars to differentiate?

Need more information on the Radial-Shape2 collar?
The collar of the Radial-Shape2 wireless dog fence contains advanced technology to communicate effectively and consistently with the fence controller and is water-resistant. The collar included with the Radial-Shape2 Wireless Collar Replacement Kit is an average size dog collar and is made from heavy-gauge nylon webbing with a 3/4” buckle closure, and fits neck sizes 14” to 26”. The total weight of the collar tips the scales at a feathery 3.7 ounces. Need more information on the size of your dog’s neck? (click here to view neck size chart)
Why is the collar water-resistant and what is the difference vs. waterproof?
The collar of the Radial-Shape2 is water resistant, meaning it can handle splashes from puddles and the water bowl but cannot be submersed completely in water.
Customize your correction:
The Radial-Shape2 wireless dog fence allows you to customize the correction level so you can choose a correction that is suitable for the size, age, and temperament of your dog. There are 6 different settings including tone only and 5 static corrections. The default correction level is tone only. It is important that the collar not be worn on your dog longer than 12 consecutive hours.

Advanced Technology Makes it All Possible
The Radial-Shape Havahart® Wireless Dog Fence is driven by nanoLOC TRX 2.4 GHz transceivers that have been enhanced with complex algorithms, strategic distortion filtering and modular signal amplification.
These enhancements boost the performance of the Havahart Wireless Dog Fence systems over the competition by providing enhanced signal strength, smarter filtering cabailities and more reliable communication, delivering advanced time-of-flight-ranging technology.
Havahart® Wireless dog fence systems use the Kalman Filter, the same data-filtering technique used by NASA. Through advanced analysis, Havahart Wireless systems are capable of rejecting the statistical anomalies that can result in a fuzzy boundary.
This analysis, combined with the appropriate hardware and software, pushed the nanLOC transceiver to perform beyond its standard capabilities.
This translates into a crisper boundary, giving the Havahart® Wireless electric fence systems the ability to maintain constant signal strength throughout the entire electric fence boundary.
What truly sets the Havahart® Wireless electric fence system apart from the rest and defines how a wireless electric fence should really work, is its patented time-of-flight ranging technology.

Time-of-flight is the time it takes for a signal to travel from
a the Controller to the Collar and back at the speed of light. By continually communicating to the Collar, the Controller is able to track the real-time distance to your dog.

Based on the data that is continually captured, filtered and refined, the Controller will determine whether or not a correction should be delivered. Better yet, with motion sensor technology, if your dog isn’t moving while in the Roaming Area, the sampling rate becomes less frequent, saving battery life.
These enhancements comprise the core of the patented elements that provide an unparalleled level of technical sophistication in the wireless dog fencing industry.

We have a 7 month old male labrador (fixed) and live in a rural, mountainous area. Larger dogs tend to run free where we live, within reason. We also tend to have a lot of domestic dogs running around, in a good way. But they all enable each other to stray a little.
Our new puppy was wandering some pretty impressive or offensive distances and it started to become a problem early on. So we bought this wireless fence, and the results have been good but not perfect.
The 400 foot radius is awesome, we only use 250. The system is very easy to use and configure, no issues there. At 400 feet, your dog will have plenty of room to run.
We did the flags and training with him at 250 feet.
It kept him fairly in check pretty fast. I took the shock myself on its highest level. The shock on me did work, but I thought it would hurt a lot more that it did. It was very "mildly unpleasant" for me, nowhere near enough for me to drop the collar or anything. I'm 200 pounds, he's maybe 25 pounds. But I was still expecting more. This will not hurt your dog, don't worry about that.
So make sure that collar is tight when they're outside. I can see fur blocking a lot of the shock.
But if there is a rabbit and he feels like making a run for it, or a jogger who he'd like to join, he will bust through. Probably typical puppy-hood. But his wandering has been cut way, way down. He at least knows where his boundaries are.
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being he never leaves his land without his collar EVER, I'd give it an 8.
