The Radial-Shape2 Wireless Dog Fence uses advanced technology to constantly communicate with your dog's collar so the system knows exactly where your dog is at all times. This feature displays the distance your dog is from the base on the sleek digital fence controller.
The Radial-Shape2 Wireless System can be set with a boundary of up to 400 feet in any direction. When your dogs reach the trigger zone the fence controller sends a command to the collar to take action and correct (tone or static - based on the settings you have chosen).
This Radial System contains the extra components necessary to safely contain 2 dogs at once.

The accompanying Instruction Manual and Quick Set Up Guide make setting up this wireless dog fence fast. Set up typically takes about an hour from opening the box to operation. For best results, we recommend you follow the Training Guide that is included in your system. This allows your dog to understand the boundary zones and containment area. | | Boundary Breach Alerts - If your dogs do breach the boundary, an audible alert will trigger on your controller and notify you within your home.
| | Safety Time Out - The collar of the Radial-Shape2 wireless fence is designed with a safety time-out feature that stops the correction cycle after 30 seconds. After the correction times out, your dogs will not be corrected for returning to the containment area. Once your dogs return to the containment area, the collar will revert to its normal operating mode. | For your dogs safety, it is important that the collar not be worn on him for longer than 12 consecutive hours. | Water Resistant Collar - The Radial-Shape2 collar is water resistant, which enables it to handle splashes from puddles and the water bowl. The total weight of each collar is only 3.7 ounces. This system contains one of each size collar.

Havahart® Wireless dog fence systems use the Kalman Filter, the same data-filtering technique used by NASA. Through advanced analysis, Havahart Wireless systems are capable of rejecting the statistical anomalies that can result in a fuzzy boundary.

LIMITED WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER Woodstream Corporation warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period from the purchase date. Activate your warranty online by completing the online Product Registration Form or return a completed form included with your product. The Radial-Shape2 Wireless Fence Controller is covered under warranty for ten (10) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser and labor is covered for a period of one year (and under no circumstances to exceed a period of 365 days) from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Thereafter, a service charge may apply for the repair or replacement of the product. This 10 year warranty DOES NOT cover the wireless collar or any accessories. The Radial-Shape2 Wireless Collar is covered under warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase, and is valid only on products purchased and used in the United States or Canada by the original purchaser. To receive warranty service, the purchaser must first contact Woodstream Corporation for problem determination and service procedures. Please have the serial number and product available when discussing your experience. Warranty is non-transferable and void if resold. This product is engineered for use with dogs greater than 8 lbs. We recommend not using this product if your dog weighs less than 8 lbs. or has an aggressive temperament. If you are unsure whether this is appropriate for your dog, please consult your veterinarian or certified dog trainer. This product is engineered to be used with dogs only. we use it at home and also take it camping with us spanning from 40 ft radius to 400 ft. My dog was used to it in 2 days and now when we go camping it takes only a couple minutes for him to understand.

Works great, we have 5 acres which are very open except for a detached garage. Have it set for 300 feet which allows the dogs plenty of room. Took about two weeks to train my Aussies. I would highly recommend this product. Can't comment on durability as we have only had this for a couple of months so far seems very well made.

Radial Wireless Dog Fence Boundary Tips Placement of your Controller 
- The controller must be mounted inside the home on an exterior wall nearest the center of your desired circular containment areas.
- The controller should be located 3 feet away from and 3 feet above the signal limiting items listed HERE for the Interior and Exterior of your home in order to minimize the factors that can cause attenuation.
 In some cases, placing the controller on a window might solve issues you might have with objects in the home causing attenuation by creating a direct line of sight to the problem area (the controller can see directly to the problem area).- Make sure the controller is located within 6 feet of a 120V AC outlet. This leaves enough room for the power cord.
- The controller must be installed indoors as they cannot be exposed to moisture (ie. rain or snow).
Obstacles that May Cause Severe Attenuation In order to ensure a successful set up, please look for the following objects in your home and on your property prior to set up: Interior of the home: Mirrors, microwaves, and home appliances. Exterior of the home: Aluminum siding, metal down spouting, electrical power meters, air conditioning units, metal garage doors, and stucco walls Property layout: Large bushes, trees, extensive landscaping, above-ground pools, sheds and metal screened porches. Once you have identified the following items, you can start planning your controller and fence boundary locations.
The Radial-Shape2 Wireless Dog Fence is not for Every Property Although we would like to say that the Radial-Shape Havahart® Wireless Dog Fence will work on every property type or home construction, we unfortunately cannot. Even with our superior patented technology, there are instances when the successful operation of any wireless dog fence will be very limited and not meet your needs. Because your satisfaction is important to us, we want to make sure you are aware of these circumstances prior to making a purchase. Note: In some cases the obstacles on your property such as a heavily wooded lot or extensive landscaping might be so dense that the system will not provide you with a wireless dog fence boundary shape that satisfies your needs. In these particular cases, we would recommend our Underground Dog Fence, the Fence Free Pet Containment System

Training your Dog 
Once your fence boundary has been set, training your dog is key to achieving your ultimate goal. Each dog learns differently. You will need to determine the appropriate speed for training and the collar correction level needed based on the size and temperament of your dog. - We recommend this system be used on dogs over 6 months old weighing over 8 pounds.
- Make sure the collar fits your dog appropriately. The collar fits dogs with neck sizes from 14 – 26 inches. Both short and long probes are included to help you provide a good fit.
- Begin training on the tone-only setting (default setting). You can adjust the correction level as necessary.
- Our training guidelines in the Instruction Manual encourage a full 12 – 15 days of training with your dog to ensure success.
Tips for the Wireless Collar & Batteries  It takes less than 3 hours to charge a battery.- Always have an extra battery charged and ready to use.
- Make sure your dog is safely within the roaming area when placing the collar on your dog.
- Always remove the collar from your dog before adjusting any of the system components or settings.
- Make sure the collar fits snugly but not tightly, high on your dog’s neck with the probes facing upward and centered under your dog’s chin.
- It is highly recommended to take the collar off your dog when entering the home.
- To help prevent skin irritation and increase battery life, it is recommended that you never leave the collar on your dog for more than 12 consecutive hours at a time.

Q: Will the wireless fence interfere with my computer, TV, cordless phone, cell
phone or garage door opener if I place the Controller (of the Radial-Shape2
Wireless Dog Fence) or Bases (Custom-Shape Wireless Dog Fence) near
them?
A: No. The wireless fence works on a different frequency than those used by these
electronic devices.. Q: What objects in my home and yard might cause problems or interfere with my
Fence Boundary?
A: Objects that can interfere with your wireless fence include mirrors, microwaves,
home appliances, electric power meters, air conditioning units, metal screened
porches, metal downspouts, trees, large bushes and above-ground pools and
sheds. These objects can affect the shape of the Trigger Zone and make it slightly
different than desired. Placing the Custom-Shape Bases or Radial-Shape2
Controller at least 3 feet away from or above these objects should minimize
any undesired effects. Objects that will cause considerable interference are aluminum siding, densely wooded lots and heavily landscaped properties. Q: If my dog manages to escape from his Roaming Area in my yard, will the Collar
continue to correct my dog?
A: The Havahart® Wireless Collar will correct the dog for up to 30 seconds and then
time out. The correction is delivered through a prescribed cycle so that it is not
constant. Both systems will allow your dog to re-enter the Roaming Area without
being corrected. Both systems will resume normal operation once your dog is
safely inside the Roaming Area. Collar will correct the dog for up to 30 seconds
through a prescribed cycle so that the correction is not constant. Q: How old should my dog be before I start training him with the fence?
A: The Havahart® Wireless Dog Fences are designed for dogs older than 6
