The perches ‘break away’ under the weight of a squirrel and the seed ports shut simultaneously, as a result. This model is for hang mounting and features a quick release metal top. The clear plastic reservoir makes it easy to monitor seed levels. These innovations make this squirrel proof birdfeeder one of the most economical and convenient on the market!
Remember to clean your squirrel proof birdfeeder at least twice a week with a mild soap and water solution.

Amazon Review, Squirrel-proof bird feeder July 21, 2013
I've had this for about a month and so far the squirrels are defeated. The feeder is an attractive shape and easy to fill, with a latching lid. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to prevent squirrels from eating the bird seed.
Sturdy - No Problems June 30, 2013
This birdfeeder is sturdy, simple to use and requires little to no cleaning. Squirrels can't feed from it, but its very entertaining to watch them try.
