This squirrel-proof bird feeder is one the few I've tried which actually works really well. Unfortunately, last fall, the bears were able to 'shake' the feeder pole and it fell to the ground - rendering it somewhat less functionable.

I have a similar one but it don't have as many ports. I have had squirrels try to get in it and so far they haven't, this one was just content to hang by his feet and eat some seeds out of the small tray at the bottom, but that was all he could get. I love it.

I have owned this feeeder for many years and I LOVE IT! Strong enough to keep the squirrels out and easy enough for the littler birds to get in! Very, very durable!
