One of our most convenient hanging bird feeders, this bright red feeder will attract both hummingbirds and hummingbird enthusiasts for hours of enjoyment!
The Garden Song® Plastic Pinch-Waist Plastic Hummingbird Feeder features four feeding ports with built-in bee guards, a four-way perch and an 8 ounce nectar capacity. The feeder base is bright red to attract hummingbirds, while the clear, shatter-proof plastic reservoir makes it easy for you to monitor nectar levels. The reservoir unscrews easily from the feeder base for quick cleaning and filling.
The four perch/feeding station set-up makes this feeder one of the most economical and convenient hanging bird feeders on the market!
The feeder may be cleaned with the Perky-Pet® Cleaning Mop. Remember to clean your hanging bird feeders at least twice a week, more often in very warm climates or seasons.

We love the features of this Perky Pet feeder for our Hummers. Since they have to fly so far between nest and feeder, they often make use of the perch, resting while they dine. Our Hummingbirds are very territorial here in Michigan, so we have 3 that are hung on different sides of the house so our guardians can't see each other. The bee guards are the feature that is second best in our view, since we have many Yellow Jackets and Bald Faced Hornets that will swarm on anything sweet. The bee guard effectively keeps them at bay so they seek food elsewhere. Perky Pet-you have outdone yourselves with this model-it is absolutely "The Best"!
THE RESERVOIR FLOWER PORTS ARE HUMMIE'S FAVORITE September 19, 2011

We have the reservoir base on this feeder with the yellow bee guard ports in the center of each red flower but we have the glass bottle instead of the plastic. Believe us, the hummies are choosy about their feeders and they pick this reservoir's flowers over all our other hanging feeder styles and we don't know why they overwhelmingly prefer this one, even sharing a flower together sometimes. We have Los Angeles County Anna's and Allen's hummies sipping all day long. As for an ant moat -- we found it not a necessity as the Perky Pet AntGuard not only keeps the ants away, but the bees/wasps/flies stay away from the feeders without killing anything and it doesn't require refilling -- just hang and forget it the rest of the season. AntGuard is a safe deterrent if there are insect problems. The bees used to swarm our leaking old-style feeders but with the AntGuard hanging over this new feeder and the bee guard ports on this feeder, no more insect problems for the hummies -- hurray! And this is the first feeder we got that didn't leak either. A great economical investment that we and the hummies love.

I love this feeder as well and it does get more attention from the hummers than any other. I do wish it had an ant moat so it could be hung on a shepherds hook or in a tree. It seems the company could design the top like the Rosepetal variety which would give the hummers the best of both worlds while decreasing the aggravation of the one caring for the feeder (O:

We live in Virginia. Of all the glass, plastic, perch type, and hover type feeders we've hung over the years, this feeder attracts more hummers by far than any other design. I don't know what it is they like about it, but when hung near a different style feeder, this one is always the one that needs regular refills. We now hang three of these, exclusively, and then sit back and enjoy watching ten to fourteen hummers in our backyard in the mornings and evenings. They always come back.
Hummers love this feeder! May 07, 2010

I have 7 hummingbird feeders in my yard. Maybe it's the red colour of the bottle, but hummingbirds go straight for this feeder over all my fancy $30-$40 hummer feeders. Even if I move it they still prefer this one. Don't know why, but for the $7 this thing costs it constantly has the most hummingbirds on it. I have Annas and Rufous hummingbirds at my feeders. Annas winter over now, Rufous only in spring to early summer.

I ordered item FF84 & the box says "Four Flower Hummingbird feeder". I wanted bee guards...that's why I ordered..I have had these before & remember why I didn't like them--they leak out the feeder holes. I can sit here & watch it drip out. Anything I can do about that? Thanks!
