Love this feeder. Have bought several. You are able to take apart the bottom to clean it so if bees get in it you can get them out, plus they all seem to get grubby in where the food is and by taking it apart it can be cleaned really week between fills! I have 4 of these hanging and have tried many over the years!

To help deter bees try this tip: hang another feeder with stronger nectar, a ratio of 1:2 works well. This will attract the bees to the other feeder and allow the hummingbirds to better enjoy their feeder.

This is a very attractive feeder I’ve had for a number of years but our hummingbirds appeared to have disappeared so it was stored away. Then, a few yrs. ago, I noticed Hummingbirds trying to get something to eat from the large artificial poinsettias on garland I swag around my decks for the holidays. It immediately came up from the garage, got washed & filled. I tie a piece of red plastic ribbon around the base of the bottle to add more red since it's competing with large faux flowers. I simply set it on the rail of my deck and have lots of hummingbirds all winter. Although it’s easy to clean and fill, during the winter, the nectar lasts a long time. I've had the nectar freeze overnight but then thaw again during the day and the birds keep eating so I guess it's ok. If you sit it on a rail, as I do, take it down if it gets real windy so it doesn’t get blown off. I just set in on floor of the deck during those times and the birds find it just fine. My only warning is if you sit or hang it somewhere close to humans, watch out for zooming, dive bombing hummingbirds. We've learned to look both ways when out there and stay a few ft away. I guess they really like my homemade nectar. Even though the birds are back, I don’t keep it out yr. round. There are so many flowers for the birds to get natural food from during the summer, I don’t bother with it until their food sources get scarce.

I ordered this feeder in hopes that it would be as beautiful as the picture. When I received it, it was better than the picture. I cleaned and filled it right away (I couldn't wait to start using it) and before I knew it, hummers were everywhere. I didn't have any issues as others did with it leaking or anything...it was perfect! The part I like about this feeder is that is A LOT easier to clean that others since each piece is removable. A great addition to any garden!

I purchased this for my mother for mother's day and not only is it gorgeous (she LOVES it) it also holds 32 oz which is fantastic! Ships VERY quickly and the packaging was excellent, it arrived in perfect condition. She is thrilled! Great company, will def. use them again.

I ordered this one and another from the same company and they are glass so they don't break easily and putting the food in did not leak out like I have had some do in the past. Very pretty to look at and definitely holds alot but I don't fill it all the way up since I like to put new in every week or so. Overall great little feeder.

I read the reviews before purchasing this item. When I got it I was a little worried that it wouldn't attract hummingbirds because it wasn't red and the instruction suggested not to use red dye when making food for the feeder. That was not a problem! Not only does this feeder look fabulous but the hummingbirds come! I have found everything to be easy with this feeder and I would suggest it to anyone!
