At Havahart® Wireless, we engineer products with your dog’s safety and your satisfaction in mind. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your HavahartWireless.com purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Wireless Dog Fences
When purchasing a Wireless Dog Fence, our Dog Fence Specialists will use various tools to determine if the product will be successful on your property and discuss any potential risks with you over the phone. If our Specialists feel the fence you have chosen will not be successful for your property or application, we will recommend a product that will be better suited.
At Havahart® Wireless, the safety of your dog is our top priority and we want our consumers to be satisfied with our products. Therefore, if our Specialists determine a Wireless Dog Containment system will not be successful on the property, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In those rare instances, our Specialists will recommend a product that is better suited for your property type.
Underground Dog Fences, Above Ground Dog Fence, Trainers, Accessories, and Pet Doors
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your HavahartWireless.com purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Read before you return your item:
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to be shipped pre-paid to Woodstream Corporation, the parent company of Havahart® Wireless. Specific items may have additional warranty limitations.
We can only refund shipping costs if your return is due to any of the following reasons:
If the product is deemed non-defective, return shipping charges will not be reimbursed and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We sent the incorrect item(s)
- Item(s) arrived damaged
- Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect
This return policy applies to items purchased on HavahartWireless.com ONLY and does not apply to items purchased through other retailers. Refer to the warranty information for the specific item you purchased to determine repair/replacement information.
Contact our Consumer Care department via email or phone at 1-800-800-1819 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to making a return. You will be given an RGA number, which must accompany the item(s) being returned. All product being returned to our warehouse must be authorized and reference an RGA # on the return packing list. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized.
Please do not attempt to make a return without getting a RGA first!
